Stephanie Nagy

Stephanie Nagy is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), in the process of becoming a Yoga Therapist.

She offers classes in hatha, chair & yin yoga from a trauma-based perspective weaving meditation, yoga nidra & nada yoga into her classes.

In February 2022, Stephanie was certified in the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery as a Y12SR Leader and supports several groups of students in recovery. 

What to expect…

Wear comfortable clothing. You may bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Yoga mats and bottles of water are available here if you do not have these items with you. In this class, poses will focus on building core strength to improve balance and increase muscle awareness.

This class is appropriate for new and seasoned students motivated to maximize sustained mobility.
