Lisa Fein

Lisa Fein has a master’s degree in Exercise Science, is certified in Pilates by the Pilates Method Alliance, and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise who loves getting to know her students and personalizing their practice.

Lisa’s classes incorporate seated chair movement, as well as standing postures using the chair to assist with strength, flexibility, and balance. Lisa, who has been teaching yoga for over 30 years, enjoys getting to know her students’ individual needs and personalizing the exercise experience for each person to obtain maximum benefit.

Outside of teaching, Lisa enjoys taking walks with her dog and husband, reading, scrapbooking, and playing Mahj Jong.

What to expect…

Wear comfortable clothing. This practice incorporates exercises using a chair for both seated and standing movement. Standing exercises will incorporate the chairs to support balance. Expect to feel energized and rejuvenated from this group practice!
